Can these be autoclaved?

I'm not sure of the temperatures used for autoclaving or the tolerance of this product's material to high heat. I can't think why these would need to be autoclaved. They can certainly be washed, even boiled, but the concept of autoclaving something you use to wrap up cords is confusing. You autoclave surgical equipment and these are not surgical grade twist ties. I'm not sure that's helpful.
