I slept on the matress soon after unwrapping it, and it's been extremely comfortable since that first might. I didn't even think about which end to put at the head end. There didn't seem to be any markings do I don't think it matters. Sue

I had trouble with getting it sent back as once it was out off the box a lot of companies wont pick it up.And if u find one can be expensive. As it a large item.

Hi , I'm 6.2 and 16 stone I've had this mattress a few months now and it's been great for the money ....very comfortable not to firm not to soft . I don't suffer from back pain or any other joint pain . For the money its a bargain and well made ...how long it will last im not sure .....a few years I hope ....if you can afford a £1000 mattress then buy one ...if not then I don't think you'll be disappointed. Hope this helps .
