A sugar substitute that’s believable!
I think I’ve finally found an alternative sweetener that doesn’t have an aftertaste! I’ve tried the usual suspects and depending on how I’m using them, there’s an aftertaste or (after-effect). I’ve had good success with Know Good brand cookies for a while now, so when they made their Allulose sweetener available in a granular form, I knew I had to try it. So far, so good! I haven’t baked with it yet, but I’ve used it in hot and cold mixtures and the sweetness is ideal to my tastebuds with no cooling sensations or odd tastes or aftertastes.I also love the potential health benefits that allulose might offer, based on the various animal studies and lab tests done so far by various places. To me, that’s a huge plus, especially when compared to some other sweeteners that can cause unfortunate things in quantity (and some such as xylitol that are toxic to housepets). My next big test is to bake with it, which based on the Know Good cookies, I presume will also go well.

You get what you pay for!
Taste like regular sugar, use like regular sugar, works as well as regular sugar without the Glucose rising . Pricy but so is all the other brands. As of this date it is a good product.

Great but too expensive.
Taste great but very expensive as there's only 3 cups in a bag and it's about 1/3 less sweet than regular sugar. Gives a good texture to baked goods.

Beware of stomach issues!
Beware! So this sweetener tastes ok. Surprisingly, it doesnt have much of an after taste. HOWEVER, I had this twice in one day in my coffee and I had the worst diarrhea, cramping and nausea ever! It may be fine for some people but not me.I'm really disappointed because it tastes great but I can't live with that kind of stomach pain again.

Decent alluloze
This allulose is powdered which I didn’t realize but otherwise it’s great. I find it’s best to combine your allulose with another sweetener, otherwise you have to use quite a lot, so for example for a sweetened beverage I will use about a tablespoon of allulose with a teaspoon of monk fruit or stevia. Overall I like this one and would buy it again!

no aftertaste :)
This works great for me. Been having difficulty finding a good tasting sugar replacement but this does the trick.I've used it in baking, cooking, keto barbecue sauces, lemonade, creme brulee...

good granulated sugar substitute
This is the only brand of Allulose that I've purchased so I can't compare it with other brands, but we've been happy with it. It comes the closest to real sugar that I've found and it doesn't seem to have much impact on blood glucose levels. It measures exactly like sugar so it's convenient when substituting for real sugar in recipes. Allulose seems to have properties that keep baked goods soft so it is great if you are baking soft cookies. It didn't work as well in my nut and seed granola because I was going for a crispy texture, but that was my bad for not reading up on Allulose more first. But it didn't ruin the batch - it just came out with a cookie-like texture.I'd buy this again.
