Looping your arms through the shoulder straps at >90° angle reduces stress to your cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine levels. The power and control buttons to adjust the massager's levels of intensity, speed, and heat can be easily reached without removing your arms from the straps. Brilliant. ⭐️C5-T1 bilateral severe cervical foraminal stenosis (that's me) cannot be treated without surgical intervention. HOWEVER, if you calculate the costs of post-operative physical and massage therapy, this miracle device is UNDERPRICED in my opinion. ⭐️I purchased this product THREE YEARS AGO and have not experienced any of the issues or problems I've seen posted in other Amazon reviews. Good product. It does get HOT when the heat button is chosen, and a little louder than I expected, but overall gets the job done.

Plug in outlet and get massage right away, move it anywhere, easy to use for neck and back and legs etc., adjust strength by button or leaning into device, heat is available to add to more relaxation, turns itself off after 15 minutes, great massager :)

This does what the description says and is the best massage! I absolutelyove it. Well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

I bought same massager from this brand several years ago and happy with it. This new one is not as good. The distance between to header is closer on new one which makes it not very good on shoulder and lower back position, but good for the neck. The heating is not as warm as the old model (barely feel the temperature). Somewhat disappointed as a return customer.

The item was shipped as a gift to my sister, and it arrived on time. I have this neck and back massager and it has helps tremendously with neck, and migraine pain. I would recommend this product to relax your neck and base of your head. The product is well worth the purchase. You can also use the heat feature on the item that is plus for relaxing and calming.

Rotors only have one pattern and changing it only reverses the pattern. Can’t just use one directional program because it alternates every 30 seconds. The total program lasts about a half hour. The heat function is unbearable. The rotors stopped working after about 2 hours of use. Maybe this is a “get what you pay for” scenario but for $50 I feel ripped off for how simplistic the product is. For what it was worth it seemed to help the chronic pain in my upper back, but it almost seems like the product is designed to fail after a set amount of time, as I’ve used a previous model and got about 30 hours of use from it over the course of a few weeks. Will definitely be looking into a higher quality massager after this.

I’ve used this a few times and conclude that that how you use it makes a difference. Pull the loops hard and the massager will be robust in its work. Ease the pull and the impact can be more gentle. I'm pleased with the device which seems to be well made and effective.

Stopped working within a few days of use. When it was working it was amazing, really felt like an actual proper massage. But after just a few days of being used for 15-30 mins a day the massager has just stopped working. Very disappointed that it stopped working because initially I thought it was a truly amazing product.

El sistema de masaje simula muy bien un masaje con las manos, aplicando presión en los puntos adecuados, y el calor ayuda a relajar aún más los músculos. Es fácil de usar, con controles sencillos, y tiene un diseño ergonómico que hace que se adapte perfectamente a distintas zonas del cuerpo, no solo cuello y hombros, sino también espalda baja, piernas o pies. Me gusta también que tenga función de inversión de rotación, lo que evita que se vuelva repetitivo, y la posibilidad de ajustar la intensidad del masaje. Aconsejo empezar con niveles bajos e ir ajustar según la necesidad.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this massager is, especially for the cost. It feels as though you are being massaged by a person not a machine. Deep massage & I also like the heat function. Very easy to use and comfortable to sit with.
