While it does have a more commercial look it makes up for it by offering some really nice features. A programmable schedule for days of the week, start/stop times, dispense cycle frequency, can be wall mounted and locked (plastic key provided). A bonus feature is that, especially compared to brand name dispensers, the only sound you hear is the faint noise the can itself makes when the fragrance is being dispensed. You don’t hear the ‘sqouingy’ noise that sound like springs stuck in a frog’s throat which many other brands produce. Economical because of the ability to have it not dispense during hours you are either asleep or not in the home. Unit was easy to setup and is working exactly as described. The unit I purchased did not come with a remote control, which in my application would not be useful anyway.

Whats to like about this unit. It saves you money. Fully adjustable, you can set the time it will work and how many times it will spray in an hour. You might think the unit is expensive, but in the long run it will save you money on how many times you have to replace the can of freshener. I got one to try it I placed it in my home office, it goes on at 8AM and off at 9PM . I think it is a good investment. That cheep unit sprayed every 25 min, 24hours a day. This unit i have set to only spray 13 times a day. One note I would like to add to the instructions. When you put the air freshener can in the unit, make sure it snaps into the metal bracket. I'm using air wick cans. The programing instructions are very simple. I am going to replace the old ones I have with these.

This is an excellent product. It keeps our room smelling nice. The batteries last a long time, which is really nice. The programmability is simple and straight-forward. I would recommend putting a fresh set of batteries in each time you change the scent can, otherwise you may run into situations where it won't spray and you spend days trying to figure it out. Otherwise, it's great.

Svavo Automatic LCD Fragrance Dispenser Evaluation Do not use rechargeable batteries because they are rated below the 3.5v needed to use this dispenser; at 2.3v the dispenser stops working and rechargeable batteries function around 2.3v. This evaluation of this dispenser is for a month of use so this will not be for long-term evaluation so consider this before making a decision. Battery use so far is good, the indicator shows full charge on the meter on the unit after one month of use. In the unit are two AA Duracell copper batteries. The unit is spraying two times a day 7 days a week. The dispenser seems to be working just fine at the moment; I will post at a later time if something goes wrong with this unit. Study the programming in the manual basically using the mode button moving from one function to another and other buttons like week to set the days of the week – a little difficult but be patient and you will figure it out – trial and error method. Once you figure it out you may think what a dummy I am not to see how this works in the first place – lol. Keep in mind; you are setting it in military time which is different this standard setting time like a.m. and p.m., because there is no am or pm setting. Remember 0 hours is starts with mid-night and noon is 1200 hours up to 2400 hours; another example is 6:15 p.m. would be 1815 hours. I have tried two brands of fragrances: Great Value from Wal-Mart and Air Wick both work fine in this unit.

Edit, 15 February 2026: One of the originals quit working already. I ordered a replacement but it arrived missing a spring for one of the AA-Batteries, rendering the dispenser 100% useless. I think this company does not care about quality control. I have tried too many automatic dispensers over the years and all seem to fail quickly or not even work properly. I have been using this one for almost a year and it has worked flawlessly. I knocked one star off because it is a bit awkward to load the canister into this dispenser since it is designed to be a 'universal' fit. I am using the Glade canisters - only because I have a large supply of them from when I was repeatedly buying the Glade dispenser-canister combos, which fail quickly. I have not tried other brands in this unit. I like it enough I just ordered a second one. I like that you can adjust the time to better suit your needs, as opposed to many dispensers which only allow a limited, and too frequent, settings. I prefer to use less spray, only once an hour or less. This works for my needs. Any more overpowers my senses.

Great product but damn it has way to many features to make it complicated for non-engineers of the world

I just received this auto sprayer. This is the V880D programmable unit. As most that have purchased this they’re putting it on a wall or on a table I am doing something different. I live in S Fl and as most here have central AC so i thought where would be the best place to put this to cover the whole house. I installed this inside the AC return. I love that its programable as i do not have to open return to turn on or off. it fills the house with a mild not overwhelming fragrance. I did have the Glade unit but didn’t like how all you could do was set it to 9,18, 36 min sprays. So i opted to spend a-little more and I’m glad i did. This SVAVO unit is so much better in so many ways and is built to last. I had no problem programming it as i did Download the manual before receiving it but all in all very straight forward. I use the Glade cans and they fit perfectly. I can not speak for other spray cans as i only use glade but what i read Air wick will fit fine. Now for the pros/ Cons. pros; Very easy to program and it has alot of options to choose to get it tailored to your liking. Very well built look more like a commercial product then a flimsy home unit. Looks like it will accept most brands of sprays. Gives you a red/ green led warning when it’s going to spray as not to spray in you face. As this not mentioned anywhere and i think it would be good to mention that when you have to change battery’s you will NOT loose your settings. By not putting that in manual is a Con. Cons; I wish it would show the spray count on the main screen instead of having to scroll thru menu to see it. I learned this from another buyer but when programming, program the features first then the time and day. Don’t know why but it works. As i do look at reviews but not always to make my final decision to buy or not it helps. As for this product the good out way the bad by a long shot. I do feel that there are some legitimate issues with some units but I think a lot has to do with human error. I feel this is a very well made product and hope to get many year’s out of it, as long as we don’t have a shortage of air fresheners LOL 😩

It works as advertised. The biggest benefit is that you can program it to spray the scent up to a 1 hour interval and you can also program it to start at a specific time in the morning and stop at a specific time in the night. I'm using it in my basement so I didn't want it to spray every 15 minutes. Once per hour is plenty so that my basement doesn't smell basementy. And it works, my basement smells subtly nice. The one thing I will warn you about: you have to follow the instructions to program it. I'm a techie so I tried to set the clock before setting the spray timer....you can't do that. You have to follow the instructions and program it in the order in which the instructions say. But the instructions are clear.
