Works great!
I really like this laptop, it works great for me. I’ve had it for 7 months now and haven’t had too much of a problem. There are a few things that can bother me but nothing that’s a big deal or concerning. The things that bother me are that it can get pretty hot while gaming, but that’s to be expected with a laptop. I play CoD Modern Warfare on it and it can get pretty warm but it doesn’t take away from the performance much and it has good fans, but they are loud when running on full blast. I had all of this in consideration when buying it therefore these things don’t concern me. It’s good for beginning to get into gaming, if you’re serious about it build a desktop. This is great for gaming, video editing, photoshop, etc. I’ve used it for all of these. Steam, battle net for CoD, Adobe Creative Cloud, all the programs associated with those run great. Graphics card is great with all of these and nvidia keeps the drivers updated pretty well.Over all it’s a great laptop and I’ve enjoyed it for the past 7 months and looking forward to using it for a while.

Good labtop
First gaming labtop or labtop at all for that matter, so I’m not an expert on the subject or anything but during this Quarantine I wanted to try pc gaming and so far I’m loving it can run all the games I’ve tried in max graphic settings with no issue fans a little loud on max setting And if it’s not on max it runs pretty hot quickly the battery doesn’t last too long either but I just leave it charging while I play and don’t really have any issues

Excellent computer, if you have a problem charging battery it's windows 10 NOT the computer
computer works great. Like others I found it was not charging at one point while plugged in. Did research and found it is a common problem with windows 10. If you run into this problem you will find helpful instructions on how to fix the issue. It will almost happen everytime windows 10 updates so be prepared to do the fix each time or turn off updates for windows 10

Battery won’t charge after using for three weeks
My 10 year old son saved up for this laptop for a year. We finally ordered it on cyber Monday. It worked for three weeks and then stopped charging. Honestly, the charger itself looks like an aftermarket charger (not Acer) even though the product was “new.” All of our other laptops have a branded charging cord. This one is cheap and not branded. Display is crisp and clear. Backlit keys are cool. Boots up fast (or did before the battery died and it wouldn’t charge). We will see if the replacement that we have to wait weeks for will have the same issue.

International customer - great entry gaming laptop
Firstly I appreciate the fact that I received a Internatinal adapter with 110-230v. This allowed me to use the laptop straight out of the box.The build is really good and it looks strong. The backlit keyword looks great. Laptop screen is 1080p so YouTube videos are great to watch.I upgraded it by adding a 2 TB SSHD on my own and I didn’t need to do any BIOS setup or changes.Overall it’s a great laptop for software development (my primary use case) and a bit of gaming. With 16gb and 512gb SSD the laptop turns on as soon as the lid is up.

Overall great computer, stingy with the storage
I will say that this is quite an excellent computer. It can handle video games quite well and the screen is incredibly sharp. I love the brushed metal exterior and the awesome appearance. It's been awhile since I could play my video games at all, let alone crank up the graphics to the highest setting without any lag at all. Absolutely delightful! But the amount of storage at 237gb is very low even for a laptop. I barely finished installing all the programs I wanted and already, I have less than 50gb of storage left. Sure, there are upgrades available but I don't think I should have to upgrade the storage to get it to an acceptable level. And having to pay over $500 to get a prebuilt graphics upgrade on this laptop is pretty laughable when you already know how to do it yourself. You can get the upgrade for around $200 and install it on your own. So I plan on sinking a little money just to get this laptop up to where I want it.Overall, this laptop performs well and if you just want to play games on it, you can have it for less than $1000. Worth the buy, 4/5.

Awesome laptop for someone new to PC gaming!
I really like this laptop, it’s awesome for smaller games. Unfortunately due to its hard drive size, you can’t fit a lot of the newer, big games in unless you buy another SSD card. Runs great, but I highly recommend buying a Cooling pad with external fans if you plan to play for long periods of time. Games like Borderlands 3 heats up the laptop quickly. But like I said, great for games like Minecraft, Terraria, Borderlands 2, etc. which don’t require a lot of RAM or SSD space.

Sweet laptop.
This laptop is really nice and super fast. Boots instantly thanks to the SSD. The Nitrosense program makes sure your processing unit and graphics card stays cool. It will automatically sense when the computer is under load and increase the fan speed, or you can manage the fan speeds manually. The performance is good; playing Fallout: New Vegas at ultra-high graphics only uses about 35% of the GPU. I've had it for a few months and no problems so far.
