This eyeliner didn't come in the package and was OPEN! I used it on my hand, and it significantly more watery than all of the others. NOT COOL.The color is beautiful, I'll definitely but it elsewhere.

If you enjoy experimenting with your eyeshadows this is for you. It is liquid with a lot of shimmer to it( micro- glitter)

I have sensitive skin and this casued a rash. Very glittery.
