Q: Where do you place the refrigerated packs in the case

Not sure this will help, but I use it for eye drops that stay frozen and than get used. It is a very small container that the drops come in, so I just put them in between 2 ice packs inside the folded part, although I used all 4 ice packs. The entire pack stayed fine for about 16 hrs.

Q: I need protection for my epipens in hot weather while on a boat. Anyone use this for epipens with success?

Hi I use mine while on a boat scuba diving. It works great. Ice packs have sleeves to slide your ice packs in. Plenty of room! I hope my answer helps. Take care.

Do not know size of Lantau pens but holds 4-5 of my enbrel cartridges (4 1/2”x 3/4”). Possible to put more in the pocket. Comes with own flat ice packs. Kept meds cold for 12 hours on flight.
