Awful product
First one stopped working so they sent me a replacement. Then that one stopped working and now I’m out the money. Piece of crap.

Doesn’t last long
I loved this drill. My only complaint is that the forward motion stopped working after a year. I only used it maybe 15 times through the course of the year.

Electrical short in drill handle
The media could not be loaded. I bought this drill because I needed one that could hold a set of bits I received as a gift. The other one I have doesn't have an adjustable socket for other drill bits. I haven't even had it a year, and have only used it on myself about once a month. So, I've only used it approximately 9 times. Overall it works great. The adjustable speed dial, backward and forward rotation adjustment, etc, all works great. But, the design of the drill base and cord connection flat out stinks. I have kept it neatly stored when I'm not using it in my mani/pedi accessory bag since I've had it with no kinks in the base cord, and the drill neatly stored in a separate smaller bag along with the drill dock. Again, I've always made sure to store it properly without any kinks in the cord or any hazardous materials with it. The last time I went to use it, I noticed it's gotten a short in the cord at the base of the drill. Didn't we figure out a long time ago how to avoid this issue with electronics? Hair straighteners, and many other electrical devices that used to have this electrical short issue have switched the electrical cord components from fixed positions (the cord doesn't move or swivel) to a movable or swivel method to prevent this from happening. Not only is it annoying because I have to move the drill to a specific position for it to receive any power, but it's also dangerous to use something that has an electrical short like this due to the risk of it starting an electrical fire. In all honesty, I would have given 5 stars for the overall performance of the product and everything it comes with. But now after only using it a handful of times and it already having an electrical short, I feel I can only give 1 star. I would be more than happy to return this to get my money back and spend it on one that will actually last. I'm going to contact the seller directly to have a discussion with them. But at this time, I recommend saving your money and purchasing a different nail drill at this time. Though it's not expensive, has great power, and speed, you won't get enough use out of it in the long term. I'd recommend looking into and researching other options. Even more expensive ones that are either cordless, or have a swiveling cord at the base of the drill to where this doesn't happen to you. Because you'll have to replace parts (if they sell compatible replacement parts) or replace the whole thing, and end up costing more than purchasing one without this type of problem.
