Do the handles have holes in it?

Yes, if you slide off the rubber grip there are 3 holes in the handle. To hang these clips you could punch a hole through the rubber grip.

Can they withstand 450F (plastic/rubber removed)

I have not seen any data on such a test for these clamps so I'm not sure. I will say they are heavy duty good quality clamps so I believe they could take that high temperature for a short period. I'm not sure what prolonged exposure to that temperature would do to them.
