Invacare T420RFAP Series Tracer IV Bariatric Folding Wheelchair for Adult with 20" Seat Width and Full Arms

This rolls so much better than my old one. Husband says it is lighter too.

We used another, less expensive wheelchair for my mother at Orlando Disney in June, and it gave us trouble the entire trip. It was the kind with four smaller wheels that costs in the mid-$150 range on Amazon. We were heading to the British Isles for 2 weeks, and realized that if the other couldn't handle Disney, it would quail at the sight of cobblestones. We hoped that if we paid more, we'd get a much better chair. And this one was amazing! This chair is twice the weight of the cheaper chair, but was worth its weight in gold! It held up to all kinds of punishing treatment on the trip, and made our lives so much easier. It's still difficult to get a wheelchair over cobblestones, grass, and gravel, but they were possible to go over with this chair. On smooth sidewalks and airports it floated like a dream. I highly encourage anyone with limited ability to get this chair. As others have stated, this doesn't come with feet so you have to buy those separately. We'd already had to order replacement feet for the cheaper chair, as the left one that came with it failed the first day, so we used those and they worked perfectly.

have had less then a month already losing shape and sagging and im not near capacity weight, so if only use to transport ok but for someone who cant walk this is not your all day go to chair, disapointed for price, but can't afford better on disability income

This is the 2nd one that I have bought. Very heavy duty. Last one still works fine after 4 years but I just wanted a new one. Hope that this one will last as long!

The wheelchair is has not the foot place please delivery foot place for me

Built in Mexico and of much better build quality overall than a chair from China. Yet, I must issue this advisory: 1) No footrest/leg rest included (???). 2) No basic cushion included. 3) Full length armrest is optional. Tires are not real soft rubber (absorbs sidewalk tension better) but hard plastic. Attendant grips are ridgid plastic and not a soft rubber. Just not the quality deserving of more than 3 stars.

My mom needed a deeper wheelchair. She has Alzheimer’s and forgets she can’t walk. So she was standing up and falling in her old wheelchair. Not only are restraints illegal in most states, that was not an option for us. So her PT suggested getting a deeper seat in which we can use a wedge pillow to keep her a little farther back. It rides very smoothly. It’s lightweight for travel and very easy to maneuver It did not come with the leg holders but we took them off her old one. They told me to label it since her first wheelchair was lost. I made sure no one could lose this one
