Epic Journeys: 245 Life-Changing Adventures Hardcover – October 22, 2019

I bought this book as a gift for my boss who quite frankly has just about anything he wants. He has a goal to take more time off work and travel to improve his work/life balance. I love how the author included so many unique places with thoughtful itineraries including how many days to stay, what to see and do, as well as insights into the local area. Also included is the background on how he captured epic photos. Truly a wonderful gift I think anybody would love to receive.

It was a gift, perfect for someone beginning to do world travel. Quality book!

This is a guide for the active traveler, not a just book of natgeo photos. The adventures logged in this book are fun, informative, and varied. Obviously there is awesome photography but that is not the primary focal point. I love the sample itineraries and the perspective articles. Also 'what to do' by country is focused on the active traveler with hikes and adventures, not touring in the traditional sense.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves to travel, hike and find adventure. Great size for a coffee table. Good quality. Photos are gorgeous!

Nice gift item for retirement

the book jacket is the same as the actual hardbook cover. if your a traveler, armchair or physically traveling, these books are great. very wonderful, colorful and quality full size pics. delightful descriptive prose and expected NG quality. don’t hesitate to buy. usually (I buy lots of used books from amazon) the used ones are perfect. sometimes lower price on Ebay

Wonderful book beautiful pictures and information very well made book

This book is amazing, not only for the photography, but because EVERY epic journey detailed, lists The Who/How/Where and CONTACT info so that anyone can pursue that journey!I refer to it as my “launch pad”!!!
