Food for thought
So there was a lot of mixed reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I installed this on a 2008 Silverado with a matching aluminum spare. The cup size was big enough to fit the hub. It mounted well and was very smooth. I didn’t crank it up too hard because it will just keep going. Does not have the stop like the oem one

DO NOT BUY - Chinese Garbage
Ratchet gear stripped on first use and is unable to retract / hoist tire. I even had them send a replacement but that has the exact same issue.

do not tighten like stock GM unit, until it clicks or ratchets. It will break.
worked so far. I understand that this does not come with secondary lock which as long as it holds tire in place i'm okay with. Problem i had was no instructions and I incorrectly assumed that it worked as the original unit and when it was tight it would ratchet. It did not and the first unit broke apart. Replacement is holding tire in place with no movement.
