Fits better than I expected! Buying footwear online can be hard because of the differences in sizes. I normally wear a size 9W, but chose 9-1/2 and glad I did. A size 9 would have been too snug for the big toe. Since they’re not worn with socks, my foot doesn’t slide in smoothly, so having a little leeway is good. Please look at the 2nd photo and you’ll see the very small spaces between my foot & the sandal. Yes, that’s a temporary tattoo my granddaughter put on my leg for fun. I love the Velcro on the closure strap. The toes are covered & therefore protected… Especially the pinkie toe, which many people wrote that other brands of sandals let it fall out. Not these! These have gotten wet from walking through water several times and still look brand new! The fabric must have been treated! I’ve had them for about 3 weeks now and no blisters or sore spots. Nice change from wearing sneakers when it’s in the 90°s. I chose blue and it’s a medium blue, not dark blue, so it’s perfect with denim blue jeans, my swimsuit, shorts with a top that has blue accents. I think these will last many years!

My wife needed a pair of sandals for our recent trip for 2 weeks in Athens, Greece and a journey to the Greek island of Idra (Hydra). The focus of this visit? Lots of walking. We pack light when we travel and each carry one pair of shoes so these would be IT for her for the journey. That means if they didn't work we would have had to find another pair in Athens and throw these away. These were miracle shoes for her. Very comfortable with little rubbing at all so no blisters or irritation. They looked fashionable and blended well with European fashion in a neutral, u obtrusive way. In addition they seemed to go with whatever she was wearing. Now we are casual travelers going to museums, hiking the Acropolis, and she walked to dance classes daily so they were not used in nightclubs or fancy restaurants but they remained comfortable and, indeed, continued ue to offer great foot protection after 5 months of use. My wife is not rough on shoes but her feet require great protection and comfort as a dancer and these lovely sandels worked well for her. I have noted that every time she puts them on she makes a comment that she is amazed that she found such a great shoe and that they are still wonderful. And she bought them on a chance they might work. We're so glad they did!

I was worried my pinky toe would stick out but it is well inside and will stay inside. I was worried the insole would be too rough but it's great. It is so cute, comfy and keeps my toes that ate always cold, even in Florida, just warm enough so I can finally lose the socks. Tempting to buy these in every color. I just might. I do highly recommend but I can see how it might not be for everyone with pinky toe lengths and sole sensitivity differences. While they get all the hard parts right (cute, comfortable with insole arch support, keeps toes warm), minus a star due to what others have noted, the sole. It strangely gets dirty even when other shoes do not making me wonder how the other shoes repel the floor dirt. Also, in trying to clean the soles, there are tiny pockets for small stones that I end up having to dig something out of each time. And lastly on the sole, they are wearing out rather quickly. So they are still amazing but they need to hire someone to redo the engineering of the sole to fix the multitude of issues. Now with that, I will buy more of these.

I love, love, love these shoes! I wear them all the time with everything I have wide feet and a high instep, but these fit perfectly! I kept the black ones, but am thinking about getting them in the blue and beige color too, before I can’t find them anymore!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Definitely not for wide foot pad. Length would have been perfect, unable to get past the closed toe portion. I had high hopes! These will have to go back. :( Back to Teva for me. Shoes look well made, seemed as though they would be decently comfortable - similar foot bed as Teva. Super cute too!

These may not be the cutest sandals you’ll ever wear, but they are definitely the most comfortable! I traveled all over Europe in them and walked more than 20,000 steps a day without a problem. They’re also very breathable, so I never had hot or sweaty feet (which I hate!). If comfort matters more to you than style, I highly recommend these walking sandals.

Oh my gosh - I really love this brand of shoe. I recently bought 2 sandals (they look like Teva water shoes; blue pair and redpair ) and loved them so much, I bought some sneakers from Dannto. Loved them and wanted to get some beige colored shoes. Searched Dannto first and found these and thought they were cute. When I got them and put them on, they're even cuter on and just as comfortable as my other Dannto brand shoes. As I said in a review for the sneakers, I think Dannto and my feet are going to have a long love affair!

These are pretty nice sandals and the quality is good. However, the sizing is off – they run large and you definitely need to order at least one size down for a better fit. Other than that, they look and feel great. I recommend them.
