This is the most comfortable knee brace I have ever had. It stays up all day long with NO falling. It is made of great material. I recommend anyone wanting knee brace to try this brace.

If I could give this brace no starts I would. I paid over 100$ for this brace and the hinges did not work as supposed to. Measured the knee, bought the size it said to and the brace was too big. Still had to wear the brace bc we had no choice, ended up in the er with a knee injury that night. So. It’s not worth the money and I would recommend going a size down because they do run big. And I do always buy Don Joy braces because they are the “better” brand. Took this brace to the ortho doc and he said that the brace was poorly made and not a good one. Do not recommend the purchase of this particular brace to anyone. Tried to return it and of course it was past the return date. Or actually ON the last date to return and they would not let me return it.

I was measured for this exact ACL brace (the sleeve version) at my orthopaedic surgeon’s office. They told me to order the Small. I checked the measurements against the sizing chart here, and my measurements corresponded with the Small size. When i receive it, I tried it on and wore it around the house. It is way too tight. I laid down to take a nap and it was so tight that my knee was throbbing. I don’t even have a good range of motion in this brace, so I can’t use it for physical therapy. I probably can’t use it at all. A complete waste of money since I cannot return it. I’m ordering the next size up, even though my measurements matched exactly with the Small size as described in the size chart.

Works great. My husband is going to have to have knee replacements but is holding off until school is out. He got one through his dr and they charged Medicare a ridiculous amount. Medicare wouldn’t approve it. He was needing a new one and we found it on Amazon. Lots cheaper.

I ordered this brace so that I could run with more stabilization to not put additional strain on a medial meniscus tear with bone edema. This brace is sized correctly and provides good support and stabilization. It's fairly comfortable. The one downside is it's not great for running. Knee flexion is difficult past 90 degrees with the brace on. This makes it difficult to get a good kick needed for speed. However, this feature probably makes it more ideal for doing squats with my injury although I have not attempted that yet. It also sticks out medially, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with knock-knees or excessive foot pronation. The brace is also not adjustable to "unload" medial or lateral stain specifically. Overall it's a good brace and a much better value than some of the others I've seen online.
