Q: Is this the one from target? If so why are you selling for so much if that one costs $7 dollars there?

Hello , My apologies - these are not from target - These are From Disney , We box these with bubble wrap and are shipped in their own box also.

Q: Does this come with prop 65 warning?

Genuine, Original, Authentic Disney Store - not sure it’s required there was a warning about CHOKING HAZARD-Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.

Q: $19.95 from Disney store what a price gouge ?

Exactly . In my case Disney was sold out and my granddaughter already had the costume. So the crown was a must, according to her. What we do for the kids.

Q: is this crown plastic or metal? Also can you bobby pin the crown?

This is the authentic Disney Audrey Crown. It’s a nice quality and made of metal, not plastic. It has some weight to it and sits pretty securely with the wide combs on each end. I’m not sure Bobby pins would work, but you could maybe overlap some extra combs in the back?
