RoudyBush Daily Maintenance Food for Birds - Scientifically Formulated Bird Feed - Bird Food Pellets w/Corn, Wheat, Soy & More - Nutritious & Healthy Feed for Birds (Mini, 8oz)

My birds really love Roudybush pellets since I weaned them off seed more than 20 years ago. Just make sure you only buy what you need for the month or two because I have found that bugs also love Roudybush too. When I used to buy in bulk for when we had rescue birds, I used to keep all but a weeks worth in the freezer. I was told to not do this all those years ago and not sure why so I now just get what my bird will eat in a month or two.

My gcc prefers this shape of pellets. I tried other brands but this is his favorite one.

Trying to switch my 36 year old bird to some pellet food. The bird enjoys peanuts, seeds and mainly whatever you are eating (pizza, chicken, Chinese takeout, sandwiches, fruits, vegetables,) Anything! So in order to entice her into eating the pellets I sit in my lounge chair with a box of dry breakfast cereal and the bag of pellets in the box next to the wax bag. When she wants whatever you have she either rattles her stainless steel cup or says “hello” with an inflection that says hey did you forget about me? So far I am getting her to eat some because she thinks I am. But if I just put them in her bowl she will look at them then look at me and maybe she may sample a few. But if we are eating pizza it’s No Way Baby! Hope I can get her more enthusiastic about them. Wish me luck! As they say you can’t teach an old bird new tricks.

My green cheek conure liked this well enough. A word of caution though: the picture on the bag has nothing to do with the size of the pellet. For my green check, the "mini" was the right size but the bag has a macaw on it. The first bag I bought has a cockatiel on it and is labeled "small" but the "small" pellet is too big for a green cheek.

My parrot didn't like this at all. Just tossed it out of his bowl as if he was offended. I did keep trying every day for a week, mixing it with his nutriberries. But he would just fish them out and toss them. I was hoping to find a more economical food for him that was safe, but this isn't it. It's a shame because it has great ingredients.

Dont go by the bird on the package. This package has tiny pellets that a gcc can hold and eat but when he takes a bite half of it flies away. There is also a lot of powder left in his bowl so I sprinkle it on chop. Next time, I am trying the crumbles. This food does have a pleasant or at least non offensive taste. Yes, I did try it myself 😄

Wtf is this!? Idk whether to laugh or be upset. Guess I should have paid more attention to the size now that I realize the description says 8oz but I didn’t even realize an 8oz package was an option for this bird food, been feeding this food to my birds for years and this is a sad sample size that is probably only going to last me a week! Description really needs to be more clear that this is such a small bag. By the pictures I assumed I was buying full size. Let this be a lesson to read thoroughly 🙄🙄

動物病院でも購入できますがこちらで購入するのが低価格で購入出来ます。 災害時やコロナ禍の頃にペレット輸入の見通しが分からずに色々代用の物をあげたりしていました。緊急時に何が購入できるのか分からないので何種類かの物を食べさせて慣らしてあげて好みのものを多めに購入しておくとよいと思います。こちらの品は気に入って食べてくれています。

وصلني كمية بسيطه

ナナイロメキシコインコを飼っています。普段は3種類のペレットを混ぜてご飯をあげているのですが、その中の一つが無くなり、色んなご飯を楽しませてあげる為に評判の良いラウディブッシュにしてみました。 足で持って食べたい子なので、この大きさはちょっと小さかったようです。 でも、味は気に入ったようで、良く食べてくれています。今度はもう一つ大きい粒のにします。

少し長いのでポキポキと食べやすく折ってあげています。うちの子はこのペレットが1番好きみたいなのでAmazonで手頃な価格で購入出来ると本当に助かっています。

シードから切り替えました。うちのインコは成功しましたが、難しい場合は嗜好性の高い他のペレットを試すと良いかも。
