Tastes delicious. I have to post a SERIOUS WARNING for anyone taking thyroid medication however! Ihad my thyroid removed so I take levothyroxine. I had hypothyroidism and I have seen YouTube videos that say l Carnetine helps sometimes with hyperthyroidism. Big difference! I took it two and sometimes 3 times a day for about a month. I was feeling worse and worse. I became very ill. It finally dawned on me that I should stop taking the l Carnetine.i was very sad because I wanted the help clearing my head and increased energy and fat loss. Turns out taking it blocked the absorption of the thyroid medication. That was a stupid thing I did. I was in trouble very sick.Great product just be careful and not as foolish as I was if you suffer from Hypothyroidism.

After taking this supplement for about 2 months now, I have noticed significant changes and improvements with my balanced diet and exercise routine. Simply put, I love this stuff. I used to get it from my local Complete Nutrition but they no longer carry it. It seems to give me a little extra "umpf" when I am trying to squeeze the most out of my workouts and diet to lost that extra bit of body fat. Like anything else there is no such thing as a magic bullet but I really feel this product does what it says on the label. I'm 47 so ANY extra energy or metabolism boost is more than welcome.
