Excellent Quality Product on Amazon.
World class international product. Used it for making fried Chicken, fried fish. Just sprinkled this magic powder and marinated for an hour. Coated with egg and flour crumb fried. Cant have a better aromatic fried chicken,fried fish. Used for making curries and didnt need any other masala,this alone did the excellent work. Tasted better than any curry I make. Even tried for making prawn biryani and wow factor again. Surely recommend for all household to have this magic blend.

Decades of quality and taste
My nother used to buy it when we were settled aborad. This was more of an item made to export to foreign countries, for the NRIs. It's more of a garam masala mix and can be used alone to make yummy subji or gravy. Anything you want, veg or non veg. I was very sad when we couldn't find it after coming to India. On a trip to Chennai, I even roamed around some shops which had the name madrass masala, just to know it's not what I was looking for. A random search on Amazon eventually landed me to this and since then I have been stacking it in ammas cupboards. A must have for everyone. Super glad it's available within India now.
