This is one of the best books I ever read I fully recommend this book to anyone who is planning to venture into the construction business.

Excellent

I was very impressed with the work that went into this book. What an education I received and I really appreciated the real life examples which made the book very relatable.

The good about this book is that now I, and anyone else that reads it, know the present formulae allot of contractors that succeed use. The bad thing about this book is that I now know that I wasn't using these formulas enough, or completely. On a different note, as much as I slapped myself upside of the head upon reading things I hadn't thought to use, I did have to pat myself on the back upon discovering that there were many points that I DID employ in my business approaches.
