Great flavor
In the past I had tried plain white quinoa, and I just didn’t care for it. On a whim I ordered this just to try it. The flavor is amazing. I use it instead of potatoes with many different meats and gravy‘s. I also use it in cold salads and it’s a very nutritious addition. It taste great hot or cold. I usually make enough for several meals and freeze part of it the way that I make this is I put one cup of rinsed quinoa in my instant pot, put about a teaspoon of oil and sauté for several minutes. Depending on how I’m going to use it I sauté onions and garlic with it. Then I add one cup of water, put my pot on one minute, when it’s done, I let it sit for a few minutes release a steam, and I have a bowl of perfectly made quinoa. It is fluffy and ready to eat. This size package last for a long time. It’s a very good buy

good quality
Ive never had quinoa before so its hard to compare. but they are really small. and I was afraid that I wouldn't digest all the good nutrients in them. so I pu the cooked quinoa sun the blender with olive oil and juice from a 15 bean soup and added it to the soup as a paste. it was really delicious.

Good source of vegetable protein and nice to look at
Try mixing them with rice or lentils or rice and lentils and heck some amaranth as well.Mix then all together 2.5:1 water to grains & legumes with a tbspn olive oil in a rice cooker - freeze it in small portions for when you're tired - make yourself a sofrito...These seem to be nicely processed, very few hulls and none of the alkaline soapy taste you can get from inadequately rinsed Quinoa.Would buy again, have bought several times.
