I have six of these and I can say they are very well built and the image and audio are stellar! I have mounted these on Dahua DH-PFB203W Waterproof Wall Mount Bracket for Dahua Dome IP Camera IPC-HDW4431C-A ,IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS,IPC-HDBW4431R-S, IPC-HDBW4431R-AS (see pictures).

I replaced another 5 MP brand (after trying for 4 months to get good night vision) with these Lorex cameras. Having the lights on the bottom helped eliminate IR reflection from my eaves which have a 1.75 inch trim board in front of the camera. 8 MP helps but there is more than that going on with these cameras to improve both night and day quality. There's still challenges with motion blur when light levels are very low but that should be expected. I really like the video but any change from default settings makes no improvement. I choose these for the overall look and performance and do not see much benefit for the motorized optical zoom. Good to have maybe for the future but in the current locations zooming on the center of the screen only pulls in the gate or tree and not the street scene at the top of the frame. Plus I'm not running a casino here and would probably never be live with the stream when something happens.The ball shape of the camera itself is a nice flexible mounting design. Didn't like how it leaves a small cave at the top of the mount where critters could nest so I covered that with white electrical tape.While these cameras cost more they do come with a 100' cable and I'm very satisfied with the investment for upgraded imagery produce by them. Also paired 7 total cameras with a Lorex 9082 NVR.

Great picture quality - day and night. Connects to Amcrest NVR via ONVIF.
