I am gluten free and hate bought biscuits. I have made my own Macaroons.....egg whites, ground almonds or desiccated coconut, sugar. Tried to include a photo but didn't work. They look good though and taste even better! Dried egg white means it's always ready in the cupboard and no waste of yolks.

Bought to make Protein Sparing Bread. Threw bread away both times following exact recipes. Recipes all say whisk for 5 mins to get it like meringue, I had to whisk for 15. Bread was a disaster, and went straight in the bin.
