I originally had the blue kind with the yellow Smoke Buddy key chain. I noticed this one was cheaper simply because of the color. Wasn't sure if it was the exact same one, but rest assured it is. It also comes with the Smoke Buddy key chain and comes in the hard to open plastic clam-shell packaging just like the original Smoke Buddy.My last smoke buddy lasted a little over a year and a half with daily use. Around six to twelve months in you'll notice it gets harder to breath into. What I did was get a empty toilet roll and attach it to the back, then blow in from that end. This gave me another six months easy. I also washed it in 90% iso. a few times to extend it's life even more. The stuff that came out was almost black. So yes you can clean it, but then you can't use it for 1-2 weeks until it fully dried. You can speed up drying using a portable heater or placing it near a window fan, but its still going to take a while.In hindsight it's not even worth the hassle to clean it. A new one is so much easier to breath into. Another tip is to point it towards the sky while blowing into it. Then breath in from your nose and blow into it again to make sure all the smoke is pushed toward the back. The reason you point it upwards is so you don't accidentally drool into the mouth making it less effective.Works great with bongs and vapes, but remember the bowl also gives off a strong smell and this doesn't stop that. However, without this my room would be "hot boxed" which if done frequently enough can stain the walls and ceiling. I use this with the air conditioner running full blast (a/c is attached to window) and I also have one of those electric candle thingies (Sensi I think it's called? It's a ceramic base with a bulb to heat a scented wax cube) to help clear away the odor.When this Smoke Buddy eventually goes out in a year or so, I'll definitely order another one. Nothing on the market comes close to it's effectiveness and home made "Sploofs" are a joke. Get one of these. It really works.

I can't describe to anyone looking into a product like this just how well this device works. If you live with smoke sensitive persons, need to conceal your habit, or do not want the intense smell of smoke in your living area, this little guy will help you out!Pros:- No smoke, no smell.- Light weight- Can be used plenty of times- DurableCons:- Must replace whole unit, no replacement filter option- BulkyThe Smoke Buddy does sell a smaller size unit called the Smoke Buddy Jr, and being at what I would consider a low price point for what you are receiving, replacing the whole unit is not a big concern. That being said, I still give this 5 stars as it really did exceed my expectations in its function.Please remember, this will not completely eliminate the smell, as normally what ever you are smoking probably is still burning (Be smart and still use candles, air fresheners, incense, ect...). This will reduce the smell and the smoke content wherever you are smoking significantly.

I have gone through pot smoker hell most of my life, hiding the smell, always an issue in the pre-legal days. These rock. Ina hotel/motel? Use a one hitter and one of these, no problems. Smoking around family that does not like the smoke, again, a life changer. They get rid of all the smell. 100% if used properly. A big hit goes in, at most you may see a small mist leave, with no odor. They do not last forever, but, you get good mileage.

I bought the mega, it was a lot bigger than I expected for some reason so I will also be ordering a Jr size for traveling purposes. Otherwise this product is great, works exactly as described.

Love this product so far. I haven't smelled anything in my room since buying this and neither have my roommates. As far as the other reviews saying that smoke leaks out, that is very easily solved by making sure you have a complete seal around the mouth piece. My mouth is small so I can fit my lips inside the mouth piece but my boyfriend's is larger so he has to have his lips on the outside of the mouth piece, but its still a complete seal either way. I'm just curious to see how long it truly lasts because it says its only good for two months online, but my roommates lasted her almost 2 years in good working condition. Thanks a lot guys! I'm so glad I discovered this product.

This smoke buddy is really good if you want to get away with smoking in the house. Really filers out the smell. It doesn't last long though, I have used mine for about 2 months. I mistakenly bought this one at a local smoke shop for about 20 bucks. F'in rip off I tell ya. Oh well, so now I am buying one off amazon because it is much cheaper. I would say that about at the 2 month mark, I have to blow put really hard to get my air out. Imagine having this like huge A bong rip and then trying to blow it out of a straw. Yeah, it blazed my sweet lungs with THC. Making want to wrote this review anyway. So booya. Later.
