No instructions, no rubber grommet to protect the desk, the holes drilled in the back are upside down so the plugs and switch are upside down on my desk. Not a deal killer, as I'm keeping it. Its just a let down and annoying.bcord length is great. Usb slots are great feature. No more bulky usb bricks.

Received after being lost in Amazon's shipping system for a couple days. This seems to happen more and more.This arrived finally and I installed it. It's very cheaply made. It works, but I would not buy anything from this manufacturer again.First, this socket does not look anything like the photos from a glowing review in Jan 2019. That one looked much better made.Second, there were no screws provided with which to attach the mount to the socket. I found some that worked but had to use washers on the outside to insure that the screw didn't go in far enough to short out something.Finally, I found a little plastic piece in the bottom of the box. I figured out that it's an extremely cheap two-piece clamp on grommet for where the power wire enters the socket on the side. Instead of using a proper grommet, they provide this piece of ca~rp. AND, it does not fit.Pay a little more and try and find something of better quality, especially if you intend to move this around. I don't, so I'll live with it for now.

There was not any screws to mount the outlet box to the clamp holder. Out let works ok, just. can,t mount outlets.

This particular item is not working. I plug in my laptop on this and it didn't work. I plugged it into other my of my outlet a d my laptop worked. I tried multiple times. I don't know how the person who sale this item didn't test it before send it to customers. Wjat a waste of time.😡

Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk. The screw holes are mis-drilled so the power strip has to be clamped upside down. Requires 3 screws, but shipped with 2. Garbage. Save your time and money.
