It is a fairly standard and basic, beginning workout, covering the lower body, the upper body, the core, and flexibility. It is easy to follow along with
This instructor is top rate. It is easy to follow along with. I had no trouble following along and doing a safe and effective workout. This workout was excellent. I could feel the results the next day. It was challenging and effective, I love his videos. He is truly one of the best kettlebell instructors in the market. Also, this video has a core ab section which is great.
