Wooden Coffin Incense Burner - 12" Buddha - Brass Inlays - Storage Compartment

This was such a great buy! It's sturdy, not cheap and flimsy like I thought it might be, and for someone who burns incense regularly it saves so much mess! It has a cute little compartment on the bottom where you could store your incense if you wanted to, but honestly if you did that then it would kind of make a mess trying to get the incense out of there, because it's a pretty deep space so you have to jostle the box around a little bit to get a standard size incense stick out of it. It wasn't that expensive, and I would definitely buy again as a gift or if something happened to this one (which it won't, because like I said it's a legit sturdy product!)

I just received mine and am pretty impressed. I had low expectations though, to be fair. (Based on the mixed reviews on seemingly ALL the wooden incense coffins available, regardless of vendor. I have also ordered one before, from a different vendor on Amazon... this one far surpasses that one in quality.) First off, it arrived tightly wrapped in layers of Saran Wrap, which oddly impressed me? I guess I was expecting it to be just floating in a box with foam packing peanuts, and potentially missing some of the metal decals from the trip (the last vendor's was missing some). When I ripped through it's wrapping, I was immediately impressed with the quality of wood finish- there are no rough edges, the entire thing is so smooth and it's much prettier than i anticipated. The lid opens and closes perfectly snug, and the hatch for storing your incense also has a nice snug and sturdy feeling when opened/closed. I love the metal decals on it they are awesome, especially the little stars. Totally worth the measly 8 bucks it cost me! Can't wait to use it.

I originally was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this item vs price point. Closer inspection revealed several minor cosmetic flaws. Lacquer was marred or peeling in places. Inlays were crooked and/or tarnished. Hinges are sloppy. Overall though, the coffin functions just fine and looks good on the end table. I can overlook the finish issues and will keep the item. I can't justify sending it back since it only cost ten bucks. You really have to look hard to see the flaws.

Very well made. Inside the lid is an ample compartment for storing and burning cone incense, and there's a secret compartment with a side opening on the outside for storing sticks.

I love my incense coffin. I bought this when I was first introduced to incense by a friend and I wanted to start using it myself. I love that this burner has 2 sides and 3 holes on each side to put an incense stick. Also, it has the 2 circles inside to burn the cones if you wish to use those. The best part is the storage compartment on the bottom of it. My friend love my incense burner so much that she had me purchase on for her as well. Also, I only burn about 4 incense a day but my friend actually goes through at least 20 incense a day so hers gets a layer of black smoke/ash on the inside much quicker than mine does but this is easily wiped away with a damp cloth. This arrived quickly. It was well packaged. It was much larger than I expected which was Nice. It holds up to 6 incense at a time plus 2 cones if you want. It has a storage compartment on the bottom. We got the Vine designed one which is beautiful & the surprise was the Free 20 Lavander(Lavender) incense inside. We are Happy with this purchase. Update after 11 months of use: Ì posted a new video. It came apart at the top. I am not sure if it is because maybe the glue came apart after Multiple uses or? It has 3 holes on each side but you can only use the single top holes. The bottom 2 are useless. When you put incense in them, they lay on the bottom with the ashes & go out. Even though I have used this regularly, I am looking for something more durable & that I can use Multiple sticks at a time in.

The craftsmanship on the item is very suboptimal. It functions and works, but the look and practicality need serious work if this product wants to ever be bought again by me personally anyway.

The second time I ordered, it was correct and it is nice to have something that catches all the ash from the burning incense. It holds it very nicely. It is made very well. It has two little parts that in the bottom that are metal it has a spot for Incense It holds it very well and lets it burn correctly. You can close it partially to have the smoke come out through the top in different ways to variant from just burning upwards.

Es bonito pero el incienso de palitos no se sujeta bien y tiene peligro de incendio.solo vale para conos.no cumple mis expectativas
