Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement for Toyota 4Runner Camry Lexus ES350 16604-0P011 / 16604-31020

I bought this because the pic showed a KOYO bearing, which is a good bearing brand. I bought 2 because the system has 2 idler pulleys (pictured), and I figured whichever one was bad, I might as well replace them both. They both arrived exactly as pictured with the KOYO bearing and even in a Toyota OEM box. They fit perfectly with original bolt. If you replace them you might as well replace the serpentine belt. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QU68EU? . Gates is supposed to be a good brand of belt. I also replaced the tensioner pulley first (because 90% of the time that goes bad first) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HAP3XQQ. All these parts were an exact match. I used the original bolts.For all parts, I checked the toyota parts diagrams to get the original part numbers and make sure each part that I ordered was a replacement part for that specific part. Also make sure your serpentine loop matches the image I attached - with one tensioner pulley and 2 idler pulleys.

DOA - Dead on Arrival. Ordered two, one would not spin at all. Had to reinstall my old one. No return option, since a month had passed before I could install.

Fit my 2004 4Runner V6 perfectly. This is the idler pulley for the upper right pulley.

The pic with two pulleys—--the pulley on the left has 193,000 and the pulley on the right is brand new with 30 seconds and is leaking grease. What a waste of time.

saw some negs in reviews. don't kid yourself, this is exactly what toyo put on 2GR-FE motors at factory. a pulley with a double seal japan Koyo brand bearing. point out bearing is correct inside diameter for bolt. unlike many others give you a dubious bushing to fit in a 6203 bearing inside race to shim down. not ideal
