I like this cutting board in all aspects. I bought it for cutting raw meats, (ie. beef tenderloin, spatchcocking chickens, octopus -- you name it)! The surface allows some tension between the food and the board enabling me to cut the meat without chasing it around the table. My knives won't scratch the surface, neither are they damaged from the surface.Cleaning is easy: Dawn dishwashing liquid, hot water and a kitchen brush. The price is good, American-made and appears to have been designed to last a lifetime. I own two now to help preserve the surfaces of my Boos butcher block tables.

I love this cutting board. I wanted to get a large surface area that I can cut veggies on, make 24 hr pizza dough on and use as a surface area to prep when I’m using my insta pot. I did all of that with this and more. I was at first surprised by the size, I guess you can not really imagine it until you see it. But after realizing that I can place on one of my counter tops and that I can use it for all my prep, make sandwiches, I even put my insta pot on it while I was cutting veggies next to the pot. It makes me feel like I’m a chef and nothing is in my way. And that makes cleaning afterwards a lot easier. I have a small sink but it had not been hard to scrub then rinse but turning it around.It’s sturdy. Easy to clean. And unlike a wooden cutting board, you don’t have to worry about the collection of bacteria as much. The surface, for me at least, has been really durable and hard to scratch and I always use my chef knife. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something to do all your prep on.

UPDATE!! I had to remove a couple stars when I realized you cannot put a hot pizza on this cutting board. That's one of the most common uses of my cutting board and unfortunately I'll have to get another wooden board for pizza. It will warp because of the heat. I put one pizza on it and now it is slightly deformed. So beware of hot items, but otherwise no complaints.This cutting board is great.It is exactly 1/2 inch thick as described. It looks good. Easy to clean. Both sides have a grippy texture to keep food from sliding around, but it is still easy to clean. I wanted this large size to use over the sink. I had enough of wood and bamboo cutting boards that crack and have to be taken care of properly. This thing requires no care. Should last forever. And it was much cheaper than a wood cutting board too.

For a non-natural cutting board you cannot go wrong with delrin based cutting boards. And this one for the price and size is fantastic, so much so i have 2 now.

I had to make a full sheet birthday cake and this was cheaper and sturdier than buying an actual cake board!! And I can reuse 🙌🙌

Sometimes you see large pieces of HDPE that are warped or have edges that are unfinished but this piece was perfectly flat and had wonderful edges. I purchased this to make a snow measuring board to make measurements according to National Weather Service best practices and works perfectly.
