These do everything they promise – they do calm you down, help you get to sleep, and review of your anxiety. I don’t know if they are strong enough to do all of this during the day but they are great to take at night.

I buy these for my wife and to our surprise they do work as intended they are not a miracle pill but the do increase focus and improve relaxation. Virtually no smell and tasteless so very easy to take

Product works as described and does what is expected. However, I had an unfortunate experience with this product as I have a great deal of difficulty swallowing pills. I put one of the pills in my mouth to swallow and because it took me some time to swallow, the pill coating softened and burst in the back of my throat releasing its VERY DRY CONTENTS which caused me to choke profusely, making it very difficult to drink water to get it down. I happened to be in the car and had to pullover (thankfully, I was not driving). To say the least, it was a very scary experience which required some assistance. Have not used since, however, if used I would dilute in some water or hot tea before taking.
