Just a apply a certain amount on your hair and massage in. Put on a steam cap or cling fill and wrap your hair, leave on for a few hours, rinse out and blow dry.

not sure about that because i only got it a few days ago. i had damage hair mine it used to snap very easy but since i have started to use it , it seems to work my hair doesn't snap so easy. I have to use it for long periods of time in order to tell exactly.
