A delightful cup of coffee
Have been using various flavours of coffee from different brands. I like my coffee strong and smooth, no sugar, just a bit of milk and Koinona Roasters Kelagur Estate, honey processed dark roast really hit the spot. It was neatly packaged and freshly roasted; when I opened the package - the aroma; oh wow!! I have gtried other flavours from Koinona, and they have all been good to very good, but this one was exceptional.

Too sour for my taste as an espresso shot. Decent to good as a French press
This coffee was highly recommended by a friend. Ordered it with high expectations. Cupping notes mentioned are Caramel, sweet spices and apricot. I tried several brew ratios on my espresso machine. I grind my beans fresh and played a lot with the grind size too. Nothing I did could get rid of the high acidity of this coffee. The caramel notes are not apparent at all. The apricot comes around quite abundantly. Used the same beans to Brew a French press and that tasted much better. If you are an espresso lover then this coffee isn't for you unless you like a sour shot. Those who like a more balanced taste would be disappointed. The espresso shot did have good body though This coffee is low on bitterness and ends up pretty sour in it's aftertaste. It's good if your like pour over styles but not for espresso and definitely not if you make a milk based drink from your espresso shot. Also I was a bit disappointed with the roast consistence. As almost 10% of my beans were light roasted. I guess that added to the acidity.Hope this helps.

It’s a very decent arabica.
Dark, bitter, chocolaty and a mild hint of spice. It’s okay as a raw espresso. But it’s brilliant with a bit of cream and sugar. It makes one of the best cold coffees.

Good coffee
Liked the coffee. Preferably black ( Never tried with milk). The grind size is uniform. Based on the time of extraction and ratios the taste could be a little bitter or sour sometimes. 1:15 for French press for about 4min seems to work for me, less bitter and a bit sour, similar to lemon water with honey (more lemon and less honey).

Money and coffee down the drain
I normally drink Devans Vienna roast and wanted to try something different. This is different. Doesn't taste like coffee at all. It has a sickly sweet medicinal taste. At more than twice the cost of my regular roast, this was coffee and money down the drain.

Not freshly roasted
This review doesn't necessarily applies to everyone, but the batch I got wasn't freshly roasted. The beans soon got damped and lost all the aroma. The packaging was good and the delivery was also on time.

Great flavor profile
I am brewing it with french press and enjoying a great cup of coffee every-time.It has great flavor profile.Smooth light body and pleasant mouthfeel with the notes of sweet spices.Balanced on acidity with extra hint of sweetness.Great for people who prefer their coffee fruitier and less bitter.Enjoy a great cup of coffee!

Foamy and Aromatic
Very good coffee...tasty and aromatic . Was using Lavazza for sometime , now I found a better one. This espresso with a little jaggery is excellent.
