Spellslinger Starter Kit

Me and my partner have wanted to get into this game for a long time and during quarantine, we decided what better time to try it than now? This seems like a great starter set and it comes with instructions and a rule set to help you understand the game. The only thing I will say is that I wish the instructions for the first game as well as the rules, were a little clearer to understand. I think that is just down to me though, as I have never played a game like this and so I have a lot to learn. All in all it’s good value for money and a great way to begin to learn the game, with your own starter deck.

I purchased this as a gift for my Husband, who wanted us to play Magic together. The set is well laid out and explains the rules of the game in a brief, simple way which gets you playing immediately (although more in-depth rules are included). This set includes two base decks which must not be shuffled in order to follow the gameplay tutorial (this covers the first few turns but then you are left to play as you like).

Lots of cards and guides to start. Great for beginners! My only complaint would be that the code can no longer be redeemed. If it could be, definitely 5 stars!

After more than 20 years I back to play to Magic. This starter kit it is great to new guys learn all the mechanism of the game. This kit gives us a lot of diversion hours for me and my friends. Great quality and price.

This Pack started it all and i have now delved deep into this addiction of getting more cards to play my friends :3 I totally did not buy like 1000 cards or nothing after this... The pack is very easy to understand and teach you how to play the basic stuff so if u want to start learning how to play this is the pack for you just be ready for the spiral into addiction :3

Fantastc way to step into the world of Magic the Gathering. We've played numerous times and it seems to get more enjoyable, the more you play! Highly recommended.

Two hit die counters and two decent decks, perfect for modifying (although they are designed to be played well on their own). Also, there is a code to unlock each deck on MTG:Arena included - Nice!
