TV screen filled with large dirt and debris
Large amount of dirt and debris inside my TV screen? Did not make it to the 5 minute mark before everyone in the room was like, "what's all that cr*p inside the TV screen?" Repair man did not take care when doing repair. He did not clean TV out with compressed air while re-assembling. Easy to have avoided during repair, and completely unacceptable. Will be returning.

Llegó relativamente rápido, en su caja original algo maltratada por el relevo que la paquetería usó para la entrega en mi domicilio.Acabo de instalarla y efectivamente está como nueva y funciona perfecto hasta ahora, WiFi, calidad de imagen, brillo, velocidad, todo excelente excepto por dos problemas (que rápidamente solucionó el vendedor):1. Enviaron un control remoto que no tiene emparejamiento inalámbrico ni control por voz y éste modelo de tv (R617/R613) sí debe traer ese control con comandos por voz.2. Falta el adaptador para video de jack 3.5 a RCA.ACTUALIZACIÓN. En menos de 3 días de procurar el contacto con el vendedor, ya envió los faltantes y aunque aún falta recibirlos y checar, por la pronta atención y solución estoy cambiando la calificación a 5 estrellas.
