Maybe the best purchase of my doctorate student career. My writing improved significantly, both the quality and performance skills. I noticed considerable improvements after completing the first chapter. The author's writing style is entertaining and engaging. I found myself laughing out loud their humor and wit within presenting the content and instruction. It is easy to read, follow, and refer back to when writing. I have learning disabilities and writing has always been an upsetting challenge for me; a major contributor to my felt inability to achieve things I dreamed of, but never thought I could do. I am now a confident writer and proud to say maybe my best asset. This book is the leading support to be the writer I am today.

Very helpful guide for writing psychology research articles. The book gives you the basics on what kind of information to include in each section of your psych paper, and more importantly, gives very helpful hints to writing in a clear, concise, and scientific style. The book includes illustrative examples as well as practice opportunities (with solutions) to help simplify and clarify your scientific writing. This was especially helpful transitioning from writing papers for lower division humanities courses to writing upper division research articles.

Great book to avoid errors in writing in all fields but especially for psychology. Offers really good general advice on having manuscripts review and other things that might be helpful for graduate students early on in their careers. It is short and sweet with actual writing exercises to help you internalize the material.

The product came exactly as it should have. There are no tears or any ware to this book. Hopefully it serves its purpose in class. Thank you very much.
