I’m glad I chose this one. It’s thicker and more comfortable than cheaper options. It smells like rubber and weighs a bit but I can exercise with less pressure. Loving the bag too. I can keep my resistance band in there too.

I wanted to use it a few times before I left a review and now I have so here goes.I have spinal and hip issues. When I used the gym mats I was in agony. Then this beauty arrived. It is amazing. No matter what position I'm in I am comfortable. Hips can't feel the floor and even kneeling is pain free.The bag has split after 2 uses but the mat also came with a carry handle thing.I totally recommend this mat for pilates. It makes sure that the only pain you get is from being contorted by pilates and not the floor.

Best mat for me to take to classes. Lightweight rolls out well supports back and joints in position. Good value in my opinion

I love the thickness of this mat, I purchased it because of my painful knees meant founding the gyms mats over four times before kneeling on them. This mat is much thicker than the gyms mats and good quality. It is quite hard to get back in the bag but the shoulder strap is much easier to use.

Hard to roll up. Comfy to lay on.
