Highly recommend. Well made
I just gave birth & needed a belly band for support and to hold everything in. This is honestly the best belly band I’ve ever had. The Velcro holds perfectly & securely, it stays in place. It’s also comfortable I forget that I’m wearing it, and it has extra Velcro straps to make it tighter if needed. Very well made. I had the Frida mom one and it did none of the above^^^ I returned that one soon after I got this one.

Great postpartum gift.
I struggled to feel like myself again after giving birth. This helped me get my body back. It's good quality but a little bulky. I would wear this with an oversized shirt or just around the house.

Pretty decent
For the price this is a pretty good product. I started it wearing it 3 days postpartum and after even a day of continuous wear through the night it has given me better back and pelvic support, reduced my waist circumference, and given me back some illusion of a waist. I had an uncomplicated vafinal delivery and experience with my first pregnancy ( this is my second) when I didn’t use a girdle is that I look 6 mos pregnant with a loose midsection for 4 weeks postpartum. This has already fast tracked me to the 3-4 week mark if you know what I mean. It’s an imperfect product though; I’m only 5’2 so it’s quite long on my torso. If the top is at my bra line, the bottom reaches just to my hips. It goes over my granny panties which can make going to the bathroom take longer since I have to remove this to pee. It tends to buckle in the middle a bit, and the boning isn’t that comfortable when needing to bend a little atthe waist. I wear a medium which is just right; I’m currently 140lbs. Pre pregnancy 120. But the quality is decent and it does the job. Doesn’t smooth well under clothes but I’m wearing boyfriend tees anyways.

Best brace I’ve found for me!
Keeps my hernias in, supports my back without digging into my sides, and I can breathe! I have a medium and a large size, both work but the the large is a smoother look under clothes.I have 2 abdominal hernias that resulted from a surgery. It’s to risky to fix them so I’ve been trying different braces for 4 years now. Some dug into my sides, some had 3 separate pieces and were just complicated, the one with the piece that attaches to push a hernia didn’t, so I used the basic white wrap the longest and it worked but didn’t hold them in I would have to take it off and redo it every couple hours. This is the only brace that hold my hernias in for hours, is generally comfortable and even though it doesn’t look like it at first, you really can’t see it through my clothes.Key Point: how you put it on ! I took away one star because for me it closes the wrong way for me with the Velcro on the left, SO I actually wear it upside down (I think) with the tag on the bottom and the Velcro on the right when laying on top of it… it works awesome so I don’t care if it wrong. You have to be laying down to put it on (or any brace I always thought everyone knew that but I guess not) so lay down flat, make sure every thing is tucked in internally where it needs to be. Then just pull it as far as you can, hold it tight and pull the other side tight the Velcro does the rest. The adjustments on the back are great. If you want it looser just undo the middle side Velcro pieces and give them slack, if you don’t mind how it feels how can make them tighter to give you more hourglass look. The biggest thing for me is my hernias stay in and the pressure isn’t on my back like with other ones I’ve tried.UPDATE: Not sure if it’s because I wear it everyday and don’t know how to wash it correctly but after about 45 days Neither of the 2 I’ve purchased will stay closed. I’ve tried every trick to clean out the Velcros closures but they still don’t hold very well (and I’m not trying to keep it super tight, just enough to keep my hernias in) I have to take it off lay down and put it back on every 2-3 hours. And still it’s more comfortable and holds my hernia in better than the others I’ve tried. It really sucks that I’ll have to buy 1 every other months.

Game Changing Support
5-Star Review:The Postpartum Belly Band is a game-changer! After my C-section, I was searching for something to support my healing process and provide comfort, and this belly binder exceeded my expectations. The adjustable design allowed me to customize the fit perfectly, and the compression offered just the right amount of support for my abdominal area. The material is soft, breathable, and doesn’t irritate my skin, even after wearing it for hours. It helped reduce swelling and provided great back support, making daily activities much easier. This product is a must-have for postpartum recovery or post-surgery support. Highly recommend!

Post surgery abdominal binder
I bought it for post surgery. The compression helped with the pain. I’m a size 14/XL and the XL binder was the perfect size. The quality is great for the price.
