Great product
It does its job. How well depends on the firearm and ammunition. It works great on my Springfield XDM. It falls off of the XDS, either because the rail is slightly narrower or because it's shooting .45 from such a small, light platform. It is the best brass catcher I've found for pistols at indoor ranges where larger setups are not feasible. I think I've bought three so far. You do have to watch out for the clamping mechanism cracking. I had that problem a couple years ago, but the latest one has a thick rubber band around that point for reinforcement. Will you like it? You won't know until you try it.

Promising and Low Cost Brass Catcher
I like the promise of this brass catcher so far. I'm putting it on my 10mm so I don't have to walk a mile to collect my brass, if I ever find it at all. I collect my brass to reload it and having a catcher will be nice. This way I can focus more on shooting and less on keeping track of where the brass is landing! So initial thoughts:It fits snug to the rail and it doesn't add any perceivable weight to my firearm. It doesn't interfere with sight picture at all either. The frame is a thick wire and you can bend it to fit your gun in whatever way is necessary. Now, something that concerns me a little is that I can see a small crack in the plastic connector after attaching it to my gun. The gun has a standard rail so it's not an issue of size. I've included a picture. The crack is very fine, but I'm not sure how it will stand up to the recoil. I will come back with more pictures after I've tested it in the field.Update: It has stood up to the recoil well! It does fit a bit more loosely than it did originally, but it still grips the rail tight enough to stay in place. The crack hasn't gotten any bigger. It caught most of the brass and whatever it didnt simply landed at my feet. Not having to chase my brass was really nice! I reccomend this product. There aren't many rail mounted catchers for pistols and this one works very well!

Has some good and some bad uses.
Pretty nice design. The clip is plastic so it will probably not last long. And bag is small . So it needs emptied every mag change. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The mountains style

Revised design looks good so far...
So, I think I like it. It works well, catches most of the brass, over 90% I would say, those that it miss just hit oddly and drop strait down, which is a plus. It's light, unobtrusive, you don't really know it's there other than seeing it of course. My only concern is long term durability. The orange polymer "clamp" was very firm when it arrived, I could barely get it on the rail. Now, after only two range trips, it has loosened/stretched a bit and clips on and off very easily, maybe too easily. Time will tell if it stays firm enough to stay attached during recoil. If it does, it's a winner imo.6/10 -Update - As I feared, after couple of range trips, the plastic clamp has loosened considerably, and won't stay attached to the firearm under recoil. A crack has appears in the Y-section of the clamp it is has no clamping force at all anymore. I'll contact the manufacturer and provide update.6/18 Update - Graco send me a replacement, a revised design with a "level" molded in to assist in mounting/removing with minimal stress. Appears to work fine, will update after shooting. Raising a star due to excellent customer service.

The mount is made from material not suited for the job (see my fix)
This catcher worked great on several different pistols. Caught nearly all spent cases. The few that bounced out fell to my feet. If you share a range with others and want to keep your brass, or just don't want to chase it to pick up, buy this catcher.Sorry to say I had to revise my review rating as the clamp part of the catcher broke after less than a dozen trips to the range. It's a 3-D printed piece of crap, they need to make it out of tougher stuff.I liked the way it worked until the cheap mount broke. I glued it back together then bought another one as a backup. My fix eventually broke so, on to the second one. The mount cracked on the new one the third time I used it and now it is unusable also. I'm not going to buy another one, I'm going to build one myself. I will use their basket and attach it to a proper picatinny rail mount.Success!I bought the picatinny rail here on Amazon. I cut the broken, 3-D printed mount off. The wire basket support fit snuggly into the hole in the picatinny rail, glued with E6000.

Graco Case Catcher MkII
First of all, I purchase and reload rounds for my guns. I recently purchased Shell Shock cases that can be reloaded up to 32 times as the creator of these cases demonstrated in one of his videos. He probably could have reloaded more but his video battery quit. Anyway, this catcher is exactly what I needed to capture my cases for load development for another range day. The picatinny adaptor snap on solid and secure. The true test will be at the range. Note, some tuning is definitely needed. During the initial fit, the catch opening was a bit too forward. After locking the slide back, one should get a better idea where to put the catch opening. Also, a little bend to the wire above the slide should to do the trick to catch cases that might eject at a higher angle. Materials used to build this catcher feel light enough and hardly noticeable during dry firing. If I didn’t have to help with these California fires tomorrow, this review would include a range test. For now, Thanks to the guys at Graco Models for this convenience. To be continued...Update: I had time to to dump 180 rounds yesterday. Right after I submitted the Pre-Review. Only one case failed to stay in the catcher which dropped next to me. Definitely 2 thumbs up for this pistol brass catcher. Just remember to set it up right for your pistol.
