Great for everyone any medical field
As a nursing student always needing to do a patient assessment. This is great for helping to remember which assessment is next, questions that may be forgotten and labs to evaluate. This makes it easier for me to go back and review information when writing care plans and fits right in my pocket, I find this to be more useful than the clipboards too.

Great notebook for ICU rotations
I started using these when I was in medical school, and now throughout residency I continue to use them. I am training to become a surgeon, so we get a lot of ICU rotations we are patients are very complicated and managers in them isn’t something that you learn very well in medical school. What I love most is that I have access to vital information without having to open the EMR and make a ton of clicks to find the information I’m looking for. Highly recommend for anyone in medical school and residency! This edition brings little cheat cards that fit on your badge lanyard, and make it very easy to look up lab values and other things essential in the ICU. Highly recommend!

ICU H&P Notebook with 2 Day SOAP
I really love these templates. I like the size so it fits in my scrub pockets. So much detail one one sheet.

Very Useful
This H&P notebook has been excellent on rounds, especially my internal medicine rotation. Everything is in order and makes it easy to present to your attending Mds as well as very detailed layout to make sure you don’t forget to ask something while writing your information down.

Not for me
I felt the small book for report was too large cause of all the pages. Also too small for report and it makes it awkward I can’t fold things up into my pocket if I needed too.

Inpatient clinical rotation
This is a great template for inpatient interaction for school of medicine students. Though it is labeled as "ICU" it is easily for any inpatient. You can circle items, fill in fishbones, and track values fairly easily. good starter notebook if you have to present patient information to a preceptor

Awesome resource for my critical care clerkship!
I am rotating at the John Peter Smith ICU this month which is a very busy, high-paced department. Our attendings move very quickly on rounds yet demand precise, exacting details during presentations. This notebook helps me keep my patient information straight and allows room to write notes on the more esoteric, didactic knowledge covered in the earlier years of medical school, which can help prepare for when the attending "pimps" the students and residents.

Good for organizing
Using this for my clinical rotations. Helps me to organize my notes to and help me go back and refer cases rather than writing on pieces of paper which goes missing within days. Like the waterproof covers which help to keep the book neat and I can even wipe it down after a day at the clinical. Wish the size was a bit smaller for it to fit in the coat pocket .
