I received this on a Monday, it's a perfect gift for family who has lost someone, anyway, I opened it up Monday and the wing was broken. Set up for an exchange,took it to Kohls on Wednesday morning to send it back and when I came home the replacement was already there. Thanks

I purchased this for my aunt who recently lost her mother. This angel is absolutely beautiful. The quality is great. Even the box that it came in was gorgeous. I did not notice anything about the angel or box that was damaged or blemished.

Shame that both wings were broken off and lying down in the box

This was a gift for a loved one In memory of my sister passing. Pretty disappointed that when we open the box the wings were broken off.

I ordered it once and one wing was broken off when it arrived. I reordered and the wing was broken again, same side of angel as the first one. I am returning for a refund. Very nice figurine otherwise.
