My grandson put it on faster than I could unpack it! He loves it and even wouldn't take off the cape at night and insisted on leaving it on when he went to bed ! He plans on doing a magic show soon for the whole family. Hes now practicing full time LOL! This has given him the extra confidence he needed! It wonderful and very nice fabric and even the hat is nice quality! Thank you! Worth every dime!

The magic costume, hat and other tricks related items were fantastic! Kiddo looked great at Halloween and she loved pretend playing with these later also.

Very cute gift for kids! My niece loved this and put it on immediately at her bday party lol! Good quality and lots of fun. Ordered with a science magic kit too for something educational.

Bought this for my grandsons 8th birthday.... he absolutely loves it!! The gloves are a bit big and make it hard for him to hold on to things but he still loves it. The hat is also a little big for his head but he still wears it lol. All in all it was a good purchase because I bought another magic set that had more tricks than this one to go along with this. I don't live by him do I can't see first hand how much he plays with it but it was certainly a big hit at the party and days following.

I had to return it. It didn’t even come close to fitting my 8 year olds head. It wouldn’t even fit my 4 years olds head. My kids do have big heads, but this would likely only fit a 2 year old or maybe a 4 year old with a pin head!

The hat, cape and gloves make a good costume. The items for the tricks contribute to the entertainment.

I literally bought this set because of the pictures of the hat. It looked velvety and sturdier than what I saw for other sets. Well, they must have replaced if, because what I got is wrinkled with a bent brim and a wire sticking out. I’m so disappointed-I don’t have time to get another magician costume before my sons birthday, but I don’t think I can give him this. It just looks SO bad!

Our 7 year old loved this kit. It’s more theatrical than magical and that’s where the appeal was for her. The hat fitted well; the construction adapts and a rabbit (supplied) can be “disappeared” inside! Delightful!!

We bought this for our grandson’s 7th birthday - he loves it! The hat, gloves, two sided cape, wand & rabbit are very good quality & a must for any budding magician. I did however buy a separate box of 20 easy tricks for kids that had a booklet included (another supplier) because the Brilliant Magic set only had a set of ribbons for tricks & all tricks were on line.

But of a waste of money- doesn’t come with all the parts needed to do the advertised tricks.
