I make Chana Masala quite often .And I needed a larger supply of Garam Masala .Read the Amazon buyers reviews of this product and it’s most perfect .About every 2-3 weeks I make about >7lbs .Using a >25yo brown French-made Dutch oven, low & slow .There are only 2 of us & we eat the Chana Masala as a side dish or a main entree .This spice is very good .Reasonable .Very flavorful .Highly recommended !

This product is truly" Authentically testy!!" makes all curry dishes very delicious and also make all meats and fish flavorfully. The price is too expensive if you go to stores that sell Caribbean or Indian food products is way cheaper my the dollars.

I’ve tried several brands of garam masala and this is the best one I’ve come across. It’s the perfect blend of spices, others will have too much cumin or too much of another spice drowning out the other flavors but this one is spot on.

This blend tastes so good we have been adding it to all sorts of food. But it is not spicy hot enough, and the cinnamon flavor seems to overpower. Does NOT taste like other garam masala blends we have used.

I love making my chicken tikka masala and this makes it tase even better and you get a lot of spice for a little price!

Ahhh, I love this Garam Masala blend. I've been using it in everything from Chicken TIkka Masala to Saag with awesome results. Or just mix it with yogurt and make your own marinades. Very convenient to have on hand and the generous container has lasted a good long time. The quality is on point, taste is authentic and the product was very fresh when I received it (still is). A must have for fans of Indian cooking.

I had authentic Somosas at a dinner party and was hooked on the flavor. I wanted to make them myself. Found out that there are many varieties of Garam Masala. I read a review that said that this was good and bought it. Very pleased that I did. Can't wait to add this to other dishes as well. Reminds me of curry seasoning, but significantly better. My wife is not a fan of curry, but loved the somosas. Will be using this a lot more often.
