Q: Want to use this to fill a whole where a screw is always coming loose. After drying will I be able to put a new screw in the filled whole?

no, but better yet jam it with many many toothpicks. that stuff is no hard epoxy will do

Q: do i have to mix the entire container at once?

this product comes complete; no mixing, just stirring; you can use as little or as much as you need. Don't keep the container open for long periods of time to avoid drying out the product

Q: Is this OK for outdoors?

Yes, it is ok for outdoors, but will be better to apply on it oil base primer then paint.

Q: Will this fill cracks in a wood deck?

It could. Ideally you'd want to sand the area(s) down to expose the wood, fill the area, let it dry, sand and finally seal the filler and surrounding area appropriately. I have used this outside and its holding its own.
