Columbia Women's Bugaboo Pant

I'm very happy with these pants. Last weekend, I also purchased the Patagonia Snowbelle pants, but I was feeling to guilty about the $200 price tag since I'm one of those people that always likes to find a good deal. I figured I would give these Columbia Bugaboo pants a try and if I didn't like them, I could just do a free return and keep my Snowbelle pants... but for the $70 price tag, I had to at least give them a try. Well, I'm so glad I did!For reference, I'm 5'7" and around 138 lbs and wear a size 6ish (sometimes a 4). I work out, but I've also had 2 kids, so I do have a little bit in the hips and tummy, but not too much. When I was in REI trying on various brands of ski pants, I found that the mediums consistently fit me the best, so I ordered this Bugagoo pant in a medium, too.Before trying them on, I held them up to the Snowbell pants and I noticed a few things: 1)They are similarly shaped, but the Bugaboo pant is not as wide as the Snowbelle pant, which is awesome for me since I prefer a slimmer pant. Don't get me wrong, they're still a little wide since they are ski pants, but just maybe an inch less than the Snowbelle. 2) Both the Bugaboo and the Snowbelle are the exact same length. 3) They also have the exact same waist size and both are adjustable. 4) The Snowbelle pant feels smoother to the touch than the Bugaboo... but that's really just cosmetic. 5) The Bugaboo pants are a little thinner than the Snowbelle pants - I'm not sure if this translates into them being less warm, but I plan to wear a fleece base layer anyway.When I tried them on, I loved the fit. The waist is perfect... the length is nice and long even with the regular length... but not too long! I tried the Snowbelle pants on again after the Bugaboo ones and yeah..... I'm definitely taking the Snowbelles back and keeping these! I'll use my $130 savings for something else :)

I bought these along with the Bugaboo Emerald Vertical Print coat. I went to the Columbia website to check out the size chart [...]and decided on the Medium. I'm 5'6" am long waisted and have athletic thighs but narrower hips so sizing of pants is always an issue for me. I think these pants are meant to fit higher up on the waist judging from the rise in the front and the styling. These fit me about 2" below my belly button so when I bend down the back of the pants lower to the top of my behind (thank goodness for the higher rise in the back!). They fit well in the waist, but could be looser in the thigh area for my personal taste, but are loose from the knee down. I plan to wear these for snowboarding and after assuming the boarding position and practicing moves in my living room, I think these should work fine. I love the Bugaboo jackets, I wish they'd make a dedicate snowboard pant (these are more like ski pants) to go with them.

I ordered a SM/regular for my daughter. They were almost perfect except ran large in the waist. She has a 25" waist and even with the adjustable bands on the inside (to tighten the waist), there was too large of gap in the back. They also ran quite long (she's 5'3) but probably fine with ski boots. We found others that worked better, so we need to return. Other than that, it was a nice ski pant for the price.

I am 5'3",125 lbs, 28 in waist - ordered a Small-Short. They fit well with a good amount of room for a layer underneath (maybe even 2 layers) without being too bulky or puffy. I did still find them about 1-2 inches too long for my legs, but it wasn't noticeable when wearing with winter boots (the pants didn't drag or bunch up at the bottom). I wore the pants outside today in a 15 degree snowstorm, and they performed great. The pants stayed warm and dry, and the fleece-y material in the waist and rear area is so nice and comfortable. The gaiters really kept the snow out of my boots. I plan to use them for snowshoeing and for being out in snowy weather in general. So far so good. Highly recommend.

I’m 5’2 and 102 lbs. I bought size xs petite and the length fits well. But the wrist is a little bit tight even I adject it. That’s why I give it 4 stars in stead of 5.I still recommend this product. Because when I ski outside, it keeps me warm.I may resell my xs petite and rebuy a s petite.

The fit was good. I am 5'3, 123 lbs. and I got the small short size. After two days of skiing I was disapointed to find that the back pocket tore, I only fell twice, I really don't believe either fall should have caused the pocket to tear. Other than the pocket not being sturdy they have done well so far.

Bought these for my sister since we couldn't find Short ski pants anywhere in local stores. She tried a Large in a different Columbia style at a local store and it fit fine. The Large in this style was too tight. The XL was out of stock so I had to return for a refund and go with another brand for her. Too bad! Wish these would have worked out. I love Columbia.

These snow pants are very warm-- almost too warm. I wish that the pants had vents. However, the quality is very good for the price paid, the fit is great, and the fact that they come in a "short" is awesome! Was getting pretty sick and tired of getting my snow pants caught in my ski bindings.

Me compré una M. Suelo usar uno 38-40 de pantalones y me quedó muy bien. La pernera es bastante ancha abajo pero para las botas adecuado. No es demasiado acolchado, pero yo lo quería así para que no de tanta calor en las piernas.Todavía no lo he probado en la nieve para ver la transpiración pero parece de buena calidad.

hätte diese Hose gern behalten, passe aber mit meiner Konfektionsgrösse 40 nicht in diese Hose, Gr. 40 hinein, schade sah sehr schick aus.

Sitzt gut, hält warm, Stoff unempfindlich, nur das nur eine seitentasche dran ist, ist schade und an dem Fussschlag hätte ich einen Reissverschluss statt drucknopf besser gefunden

Die Hose sitzt super und ist ziemlich gut zu tragen! Ich hab keinenTag gefroren oder feuchte Beine gehabt. Ich bin absolut zufrieden!!
