Genuinely the best clippers I've ever tried
I do not know what these are made of, and I fear the sanity-shredding truth that would tear me apart. They cut through GW plastic like butter in a way that leaves me in shock.I always asked, "how do you get rid of the nubs after you cut plastic?" to people online, and they were just like, "lol, idk what do you mean, sounds like your nippers are old." I would get new nippers, only to find they didn't improve my situation all that much. Clipping was still difficult and often left stress-marks on the plastic.I bit the bullet, bought a new, shiny pair of clippers (these), and I audibly gasped the first time I snipped some sprue. They sliced through like butter, leaving the miniatures unstressed. This is what I've been missing.I have no idea how long they'll last - I'm writing this review 15 minutes after first using them. That being said, they left enough of an impression on me that I felt the need to leave this review, so let that speak for itself.

The very best nipper for building plastic models.
The GodHand SPN-120 Ultimate Nipper 5.0 is the very best nipper for building plastic models. It is superior to the Tamiya, Volks, and Xuron nippers that I have used in the past. It leaves very little stress marks on pieces when cutting. I have used mine for about a dozen Master Grade Gundam kits, and it is still sharp and in top shape (I use oil to lubricate the nipper and prevent it from rusting). The only problem is that it is expensive. It is about 3500 JPY (~30 USD) in Japan, so expect to pay about double or more than double if you're in another country. I think the Tamiya Sharp Pointed Side Cutter is superior when it comes to value for money, since the Tamiya can be found for 30 USD in the United States. However, the Tamiya also stresses plastic significantly more than the GodHand nippers, so some people (myself included) would spend a little more for the GodHand nippers.Once you buy this nipper, you will never go back to using any other. The performance is unmatched.

Very sharp, poor durability, broke in soft plastic
These are very sharp and cut well however the blade on mine was ground so thing it snapped in soft HDPE. It’s too late for a return so I can’t get it replaced

These are amazing. Use for GW minis
Well these nippers deliver super clean cuts. I was using some other $10 amazon clippers and I was spending so much time with clean up. Every piece I clipped with the other nippers required clean up, Now these have just saved me so much time. They are expensive definitely. But the amount of time these will save me will more than make up for the added price. Cut GW sprue plastic like a dream.

Saves time and effort!
Never thought I'd spend $70 on a pair of nippers, but here we are.And the amount of sanding this thing has saved me from is crazy. For my first two Gundam kits I was using a $10 set and I would cut 1/8" from the piece and then trim with a hobby knife and then sand for HOURSI'm not entering competitions so I don't need microscopic perfection, so with these nippers, I can cut FLUSH to the piece and some parts need some cleaning up, but most parts don't need to be sanded at all.I'm getting my third piece cut and assembled so much more quickly?

Awesome
Awesome nippers. A little pricey but worth the money. As long as you have it adjusted correctly and don't exceed the capacity limit. These will work great

Clean Cuts/ Scratches & Wears Over Time
Ordered: October 6, 2019Delivered Oct 10, 2019Snapped: January 31, 2020Great for for soft resin/plastic models. Cuts soft metal figures for trimming. Takes damage over time and I don't recommend for any cutting other than detailing. I chopped up twigs and plastic scrap. I will not purchase again as durability in not high. This 'nipper' is meant for 'nipping' and fine detailing.
