Unfortunately after an hour the coffee it’s not hot. So it doesn’t keep the coffee hot after 30 minutes. So I contact them and they said the carafe it’s malfunction and they did a full refund. Thanks for the great customer service.

Lovely carafe, easy to use. However, even with pre-heating the carafe with boiling water ahead of using it, the coffee stays hot for only about an hour. I was hoping it would retain heat longer, but I still like it and will be using it daily.

Used it for my Christmas dinner party. Worked out great

These worked wonderfully for my daughter’s surprise birthday party. I was able to make the tea ahead of time and these kept them hot. In fact the tea in these were still warm 18 hours later. And there was no leakage when pouring.

Bought in July. As of the first of September, it is only a pitcher. When you put something hot in it, the outside gets hot and the contents cool down quickly. When new, it kept a pot of coffee hot for a whole day nearly. Now the coffee stays hot for maybe an hour and a half.

Great look! I like a wider mouth urn where I can clean easy. This did not have it.

This may be the best thing I ordered during the pandemic! It keeps water hot for a very long time. A pot that was boiling at 10pm is still burn-your-tongue, steaming HOT at 9 or 10 am.It's two liters, which is great b/c we go through A LOT of tea in a day.The handle is also very sturdy.Oh also the exterior stays cool-to-touch even when filled with boiling water, which is nice since since my 10year old daughter is also frequently getting cups of tea, too.
