A Quick and Easy Meal!
Out of all the Nile Spice Soups, the Red Beans & Rice Soup is my favorite! I now add small cubed chunks of baked potato (with the skin) which makes the soup taste even more hearty. If you try it with the baked potato chunks, make sure you put it all in a glass or ceramic bowl.

Not Like I Remember It.......
This had been one of my favorite soups, a while back. I haven't been able to find it at the store I go to. When I saw it on Amazon, I was so excited to get some. When I made my first cup, I was disappointed. The "old" soup I was used to was very spicy and had a lot of flavor. This soup is very bland. I had to add 2 different hot sauces to make it spicy/the way it used to be. Maybe this batch is old and other batches are the way I remember them.In short, I am very sad that this did not live up to my expectations.
