It is easy to make it short. But I have not figured out how to make it long again. Soft and light handle makes it easy to use.

I bought this on sale and this arrived today. Was very excited to try this . During the first 3 minute round of use itself this fell apart.The handle is designed with the top part screwed on to a base. As it swivels during rotations, when you use this, this top part unscrews. It lasted all of 1 minute 45 seconds before unscrewing and flying apart.To be fair - it did not break and the handle screwed right back on but I do not want to risk using this product again.

This is a nice jump rope. I have been using a rope one before but this is far better. It has a Nice weight to it and you can adjust the length easily enough. The only complaint I have of it is that it hurts when you miss your rhythm and it slaps you but it just motivates me NOT to lose my concentration and rhythm. This is a great exercise especially since I’m pretty much given up on my gym membership since COVID. I can jump rope in the back yard patio while the kids play. Everyone gets their exercise!
