My dietitian asked me to add it to my morning shot with turmeric or cinnamon and lemon juice. Most people think it’s disgusting, as the green color is very vibrant. But it’s actually delicious! With cinnamon is my favorite, nice and sweet. The taste os pretty mild and not as overpowering as I’d anticipated. Will get more!

I add a tablespoon of this to my smoothie everyday... I don't have any problems with the taste or smell of this product. I add frozen fruit and greens with OJ and I have a yummy smoothie twice per day. Feeling good and my skin is glowing.

I bought this to add to my shakes. The serving size says 2 tsp, but even with my normal amount of honey and other ingredients (coconut almond milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, maca) that was a little too strong a flavor, and an almost paint-like consistency. I cut it down to a teaspoon and its perfect! Edit: I no longer use this- but not because of flavor or quality. More so because I have made the mistake more than once of not finishing and fully washing out my shaker bottle. I’ve noticed when I used the Spirulina, that if it was left out a couple days to a week (dish washing and I have a complicated relationship) the bottle top explodes off. This has happened twice. Once it exploded in my sink, violently enough to break nearby dishes (but the shaker bottle remained intact, despite the lid blowing off). The other leaving a beautiful greenblue spray pattern on my 12ft ceiling. You have now been warned.

I expected an awful flavor but was surprised, even though it smells strong when you open the package. Works well if you’re not one to eat vegetables daily. I add it to my smoothies

My immune system has improved greatly since taking this product, previously I was getting sick at least 2 times a month but now I am doing well.

Just don't rip it opened like I did! Dark green powder flew everywhere looked like mold all over the kitchen. I'm sure its good for u but I do things too fast and ripped it open to put it into my various smoothie condiment containers and didn't realize it was a green color powder!! A friend told me to buy it that it was very healthy to use in my smoothies and gives lots of protein and energy. Need to rebut. Still cleaning my white kitchen lol

I’m sure the product works but the taste is just awful. I guess it needs to be mixed with another type of drink. It really leaves an after taste.
