It didn't work for me after using as directed for 3 months. Phytosterols do work for me when taken with meals.

The packaging of this product is very shabby, the printing is poor, and the seal can be easily pulled off. What's worse is that both my friend and I have hyperlipidemia, and after taking it for a month, our blood lipid levels increased instead of decreasing. Everyone, do not buy this product!
